Your LPPF® warranty is registered for you at install and stays active with no inspections required.

Your 8-Year Ceramic warranty is registered for you at install and stays active with no inspections required.

Your 5-Year Ceramic warranty is registered for you at install and stays active with no inspections required.

01Who is covered

This warranty covers the original owner of the vehicle at the time of install. Coverage applies to vehicles with a Lumax G3 product installed by a certified Crash Champions center.

02Coverage period

LPPF®: 15 years from the install date. 8-Year Ceramic: 8 years from the install date. 5-Year Ceramic: 5 years from the install date. No mileage limits apply.

03What is covered

Defects in the materials or workmanship of the installed Lumax G3 product. For LPPF®: yellowing, peeling, lifting or delamination, cracking or crazing, bubbling or blistering, and loss of clarity. For ceramic: loss of gloss, UV fading or oxidation of coated surfaces, and coating failure or delamination.

04What is not covered

Damage from collisions, accidents, vandalism, hail or other acts of nature; damage from improper care, including abrasive compounds, polishes, wax or automatic brush car washes; repairs or alterations by anyone other than a certified Crash Champions center; and paint or body defects present before install. If your vehicle is in a collision, your Crash Champions center can work with your insurance company to repair the affected areas.

05Registration

Your warranty is registered for you by the installing Crash Champions center. No action is required from you.

06Your responsibilities

Care for your finish as described in the Aftercare guide — hand wash with a pH-neutral soap and avoid abrasive compounds, polishes and wax.

07How to make a claim

Submit a claim online at Start a claim. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of discovering the issue and include your VIN, photos of the affected area and a short description.

08Remedies

For approved claims, a certified Crash Champions center will repair or re-apply the affected area at no cost to you.

09Transferability

This warranty is not transferable. Coverage ends if the vehicle is sold or changes ownership.

10Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Lumax G3’s liability under this warranty is limited to repair or re-application of the affected area. Lumax G3 is not liable for incidental or consequential damages, including loss of use of the vehicle. Some states don’t allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

11Governing law

This warranty is governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut.
